If you are a large company you can purchase enterprise Linux support from Red Hat or Oracle.
Otherwise you will have to seek support from volunteers across multiple web sites which may or may not help you.
So I suggest to use GNU/Linux with a mindset of doing and figuring everything out yourself with some help from volunteers.
